Chris Pendergraph - TENOR
“Little is much when God is in it”, whenever I hear that song it takes me back to a time when I was a small child. I think about a man who drove a church bus faithfully every Sunday morning and took children like myself to Sunday School and back home again. Although I didn’t get saved on any of those bus rides I truly believe that by simply driving a bus that man planted a seed in my heart, and with a little help from others along the way, it finally grew and I was able to know Jesus as my Savior at the age of 19. Now that I’m older I’ve learned to appreciate the little things we can do for God. I now see that God has given each of us an ability to serve Him. My prayer is that I could give back to God at least a fraction of what He has given to me. My hope is that something I may do or say will plant a seed in someone else’s life, and that I, like that bus driver, could faithfully use my talents and abilities to glorify Him.
Thanks are to God for allowing me to be a husband to Shawna, and a daddy to Kaitlyn and Camden, and for allowing me to be a part of such a wonderful ministry with a great group of brothers!
